This was my second time at Ventura. Today I had Sarah and she was excellent. I usually prefer minimal conversation and I didn't need to talk much because she anticipated my needs. If something looked wrong she fixed it before I had to say anything. Sarah was also very gentle removing my previous Gel X set. I only got a gel manicure today but I'm very happy regardless :) Will be requesting her next time

I have never had a bad set at this shop!! Vy and Tina are always sweet and welcoming!! They listen to me and make me feel comfortable to speak up if I want my nails a certain way. Mimi was my nail artist today. These are the prettiest nails I’ve ever had!! They are beautiful green cat eye tips with gold on the outline. I am so impressed. Mimi was very meticulous, making sure every detail was perfect. Everyone is so kind and I was offered a drink first thing when I sat down. This was my second time here and my last appointment was enjoyable as well! I’ll be back again soon 🙂
